Putting down roots, without regrets

Turning their current home into a forever home was not the original plan for this couple with two young kids. But Nashville’s tough market caused them to reconsider. Rather than moving and getting less for more, they decided to invest in an addition and modern upgrades through their existing home. For the addition, we built a new primary bedroom and bathroom suite, office, and mudroom.
